This policy describes how Kaldros, Inc. ("Kaldros", "we") handles personal information when you use our website, platform, and services. It is deliberately short. Our legal counsel will review and expand it before GA; a notice is displayed wherever the current draft is ambiguous.

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, company, role you give us.
• Usage data about the Kaldros web app — pages visited, features used — for product improvement. No third-party trackers.
• Customer-submitted event data in your workspace. We are a processor for this data under GDPR Article 4(8).

How we use it

• To provide and operate the service.
• To contact you about the service and respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax, law-enforcement requests with valid process).

What we never do

• Sell your data.
• Train any AI model on customer workspace data.
• Share data with ad networks or data brokers.

Your rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent regimes you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data. Email privacy@kaldros.com. We respond within 30 days.
